The entry form is below. Please fill in all required fields (marked with a *). You will need to fill in a new form for each cat. Please tick each show the cat is to be entered in and choose the relevant class numbers from the boxes beneath.

Details will be held electronically and email/address etc will only be used for communication purposes and sending of rosettes etc if you should win.

Cat's breed and colour - Please add cat's breed and colour (plus coat length for breeds that allow both) for pedigree cats or non pedigree/pedigree pet plus coat colour and length for HPs
